1. Delete Your Account
When account deletion is available inside the panel, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This removes your YouAmazing account data according to the deletion process shown in the app.
2. Request Deletion by Email
You can also request deletion by emailing support@youamazing.net from the email address connected to your YouAmazing account. Please include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. What We Delete
Deletion may include profile data, login records, app settings, translation history, locally stored authorization tokens and related account data associated with your YouAmazing account.
4. Google Account Access
You can revoke YouAmazing access from your Google Account security settings at any time. After access is revoked, YouAmazing can no longer use that authorization to access your YouTube data.
5. Billing and Legal Records
Some payment, tax, security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or compliance reasons. These records are kept only as required and are not used to continue providing app access after deletion.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time. If we need more information to verify the account owner, we may contact you before completing the request.
