YouAmazing is an AI-powered YouTube localization platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how users can request deletion of their data.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, login method, credit balance, purchase records, translation history, settings and support messages.
When you sign in with Google or connect YouTube, we may process the authorization data required to access the YouTube features you choose to use.
3. Google and YouTube Data
YouAmazing uses Google OAuth and YouTube API access only to provide the requested localization workflow. The platform is used exclusively to retrieve, translate and update YouTube video titles and descriptions on behalf of the user.
We do not upload videos, delete videos, manage comments, manage ratings, manage captions, or perform actions unrelated to title and description localization.
We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share Google user data with advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.
Google user data may be processed only by trusted service providers that are necessary to operate the YouAmazing platform, including web hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, database and storage providers, security providers, and monitoring providers. These providers may process data solely on our behalf and only for providing and maintaining the YouAmazing service.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, remarketing, or marketing purposes.
We may disclose Google user data only when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request.
Any Google user data accessed through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Data
We use data to operate user accounts, provide translation and localization features, maintain credit balances, process support requests, improve reliability and prevent abuse.
5. Payments
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. YouAmazing does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. Payment records may be stored for billing, credit delivery, fraud prevention and support.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep access limited and protected.
